We offer outdoor community yoga classes for all levels and all people. Our classes encourage strong breath and connected movement and are taught by experienced local teachers with a gift for verbal cueing, creative vinyasa structure, and options for all levels of practice. No matter if you are an experienced yogi, or brand new to physical practice, you’re welcome at the Banks.
Yoga on the Banks classes are sliding-scale, and we welcome you to give as you are able. In order to manage class sizes, we require advance registration. Class registration is available before class, and you can reserve your spot through our Eventbrite page. We practice outdoors, and so and may have to occasionally cancel classes due to weather.
